Personal Data Processing Policy

龙虎赌博 SIA is an organizer of the 龙虎赌博 Conference Benelux 2023, hereinafter – Event, which will take place at the Radisson Astrid, Antwerp, Belgium from April 14 - 15, 2023.

龙虎赌博 SIA is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data of Event’s attendees under the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For the purposes of GDPR, 龙虎赌博 SIA will be the controller of personal data of Event’s attendees. 龙虎赌博 SIA’s Privacy Policy is available at Privacy Policy

1. 龙虎赌博 SIA collects personal data Event’s attendee provides to 龙虎赌博 SIA when Event’s attendee completes registration forms. This information might include Event’s attendee’s full name, job title, company’s name, email address, phone number, hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Data”.

2. 龙虎赌博 SIA will share Personal Data with no one, save for its Partner in the Netherlands – Xifeo ICT B.V., a processor of Personal Data, which is delegated by 龙虎赌博 SIA to conduct all necessary activities related to receiving payment from Event’s attendees for the Event. 龙虎赌博 SIA, as the organizer of the Event, remains fully responsible for the abovementioned activities of its Partner, including processing of Personal Data, and 龙虎赌博 SIA shall ensure that the Personal Data being transferred to its Partner continue to be protected under GDPR.

3. 龙虎赌博 SIA will use Personal Data:

(i) for the purpose of general administration and arrangement of Event’s events:

龙虎赌博 SIA may use the contact details of Event’s attendee for planning and logistics, and general administration of the attendance at Event’s events.

The legal basis for such Personal Data processing is to perform contractual obligations of 龙虎赌博 SIA.

(ii) for the purpose of direct marketing activities, that is, for providing similar products (annual 龙虎赌博 Summit, 龙虎赌博 Conferences) or services (龙虎赌博 training courses, and 龙虎赌博 technical support services) by 龙虎赌博 SIA in the context of a customer relationship.

The legal basis for such Personal Data processing is 龙虎赌博 SIA’s legitimate interest under point (f) of Article 6 (1) of GDPR. The Event’s attendee has the right to object at any time to such processing of Personal Data under Article 21 (2) of GDPR.
